Boardman Law Firm and Lathrop & Clark joined partnerships on January 1, 2012 to become Boardman & Clark LLP. The new firm will be based out of Boardman's current headquarters at 1 South Pinckney Street in Madison, and will continue to have offices in Baraboo, Poynette, Lodi, Prairie du Sac and Belleville. The prior Lathrop & Clark headquarters on 740 Regent Street in Madison will be maintained until April of 2012, after which it will join the primary Madison office.
